What are we recording?

Let the others know the meeting is recorded.
Record meetings and get their transcripts. Minutes are taken from your balance here.
Google Meet, Zoom or Teams in the browser, or a room with a microphone. Live text as people speak, an accurate transcript with speakers when you stop.
Let the others know the meeting is recorded.
The tab’s picture is only shown here. It isn’t recorded or sent anywhere.
How clients, products and people are spelled. Speech recognition gets the words that are on, top down, as many as fit.
No words yet. Add them here, or fix a word in a meeting: the page offers to remember it.
The agenda, decisions, tasks and open questions, each with the moment it was said.
A few paragraphs for someone who wasn’t there: what was discussed, the positions, what was agreed and what is still open.
Numbers, dates and results said in the meeting, by topic. For looking things up, not for reading through.
Nothing was recognised in this recording.
No meetings here yet. After a recording, the meeting is saved here, encrypted with your key.
Only the team’s admins change these settings.
Who gets into the space. An invitation link works for anyone; a company domain lets in every verified address at it (Google sign-in). Google groups come later: they need the Workspace admin’s consent.
The team’s meetings are encrypted in the members’ browsers with the team’s key. The server keeps only ciphertext; nobody outside the team can open them, the team’s admins included unless they’re members.
“Always”: small talk and personal chat, or e-mails, phone numbers, cards and document numbers, are removed from the team’s meetings before anyone else can read them.
Keys stay on the server. A browser only ever gets a pass that works for a minute.
Square, from 256 px, under 200 KB. Shown on the team’s sign-in page and in the header.

Members open the team’s library with its password (the invitation link can carry it). The team’s admins see minutes, not what was said.
